provides a flexible refund, cancellation and postponement policy for those enrolled in training programs, whether virtual or in-person, to ensure that your needs are met with ease and clarity.<\/p><p><strong>Program Cancellation and Training<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p><p>By completing your course registration and making a full payment or installment payment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:<\/p><ul><li>Trainees have the right to cancel their participation in the course by submitting a cancellation request before\u00a0<strong>7<\/strong> <strong>Working days<\/strong>\u00a0from the start date of the course.<\/li><li>The start dates of the training courses will be published on the official website of the Dwam Training Center and will be available to all trainees.<\/li><li>Dwam Training Center reserves the right to reschedule the course, and this will be communicated prior to\u00a0<strong>Two days<\/strong>\u00a0from its start date.<\/li><li>If you cancel your enrollment after the course has started.\u00a0<strong>No refunds will be issued<\/strong>The trainee will have to complete the course they started.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Change Course<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Trainees are not allowed to change the course after it has started unless approval is obtained after providing a documented excuse from the concerned authority.<\/li><li>The administrative fee for the course change is <strong>15% of the course value<\/strong>This fee is applied after the start of the course.<\/li><li>A trainee can request a course change before\u00a0<strong>7<\/strong> <strong>days<\/strong>\u00a0from its start date.<\/li><li>Course change approval is only granted before\u00a0<strong>One day<\/strong>\u00a0from the very beginning.<\/li><li>Course and trainee information should be sent to <strong>info@dwammedical.com<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Refund Procedure<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Trainees must send a refund request via email, stating the reasons.<\/li><li>After submitting the application, the trainee will receive an email with the refund form, which must be filled out with the required information.<\/li><li>Refund requests are only accepted if the request is submitted\u00a0<strong>7 days ago<\/strong>\u00a0from the start date of the course.<\/li><li>Refunds due to cancellation take from 10 <strong>up to 15 working days<\/strong>.<\/li><li>The refund process due to incorrect or overpayment takes time\u00a0<strong>5<\/strong> <strong>Working days<\/strong>.<\/li><li>will be for any reason can postpone the date of attending the course to a later date within three months of registering for the course.<\/li><li>A trainee is not allowed to change the course they started in
