Tactical Combat Casualty Care - All Service Members (TCCC ASM)
General description
The Tactical Combat Combat Casualty Care System (TCCC-ASM) was developed by the U.S. Department of Defense and the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Joint Trauma System (JTS) to teach evidence-based, lifesaving techniques and strategies to provide the best care for injuries on the battlefield. This course is designed for all uniformed service members. With an emphasis on "care under fire," the course prepares service members and officers to provide life-saving interventions while in conditions that threaten their lives and the lives of their colleagues
