Intellectual Property Rights of Website Content

As the owner or licensed entity of all intellectual property rights for the content published on our website, all available works are protected under local and international copyright laws. Therefore, all these rights are fully reserved and may not be exploited beyond the specified usage scope.

Guidelines for Using Training Content

Commit Swing Center Management Respect intellectual property rights when producing or publishing any training content on the website, including texts, images, training curricula, designs, software, and other materials. All such materials are the exclusive property of the Center and may not be used or redistributed without official permission.

Trainers must adhere to intellectual property rights when delivering training content

• All trainers wishing to present their training content will abide by the principles of intellectual property rights and publishing, and will sign a pledge form not to violate any intellectual rights.
• Trainers must cite all sources and references used in the preparation of the training content.
• If the trainer uses content that is not his/her own intellectual property without indicating the source, he/she will be held legally responsible for it.
• All training materials uploaded to the website become part of the Center's training content, which can be used for research or academic purposes in accordance with the Center's policies.

Rules for publishing training content

The Center is keen to ensure the quality of the published training content, and therefore it is forbidden to publish any content that includes:

• Offending individuals, organizations, or institutions.
• Quoting or publishing copyrighted content without official permission.
• Content that conflicts with religious, moral or social values.
• Content that incites racial, sectarian or tribal intolerance or discrimination.
• Promote any products or services for commercial purposes outside of the center.
