Based on the values of the are committed to In order to provide distinguished services to beneficiaries, and to ensure quality, transparency and effective response to their requirements, the Complaints and Suggestions Department was opened to enable beneficiaries to communicate their feedback and utilize it to improve the quality of the services provided.

Complaints Handling Mechanism

  1. Making a complaint Through the available channels with the required data and contact information.
  2. Complaint Registration and Referral to the appropriate department for follow-up.
  3. Examination of the complaint by a specialized team, while communicating with the complainant to get the necessary details.
  4. Take action Address the complaint if it is found to be valid, and inform the complainant of the solution taken.
  5. Communicating with the complainant to keep him or her updated on the progress of the treatment.
  6. Analyze and periodically review complaints To identify opportunities for improvement and development and follow up with the relevant departments.

If the complaint is not responded to within 15 days of submission or the ticket is closed without a response, the complainant has the right to escalate the issue to the National Center for eLearning.

  4. Study the feasibility of the proposal By the competent department, taking a decision on its implementation if it is appropriate and achieves the center's objectives.
