Basics of radiation protection

A specialized training course: Basics of radiation protection in various applications (to license radiation practices from )the Nuclear and Radiological Regulatory Authority) in cooperation with Imam Abdul Rahman bin Faisal University

Objective:

• Meeting the needs of those wishing to work in the radiation field and professionals working in the various sectors that deal with radioactive materials that require dealing with radioactive sources for initial training to gain a sound foundation in the field of radiation protection, the safety of radiation sources, and assessment of risks related to them.
• Providing the necessary basic tools for those who will become radiation safety officers (RSO), or trainers in the field of radiation protection in the safe use of radiation sources in various applications
